what bespoke actually means

Bespoke doesn’t have to mean complicated.

You might think bespoke jewellery means something elaborate: a completely new design, endless decisions and a long process.

It can be that.

But at JC, bespoke is often much simpler.

Sometimes you know exactly what you want, a particular stone, a certain length, a different combination of beads, or a piece that sits a little differently around your neck.

That’s where we come in.

We can work with you to make small changes to an existing JC design or create something specifically around what you’re looking for.

What can be customised?

Depending on the design, this could include:

•  Necklace length
•  Stone or bead combinations
•  Pearl shapes and sizes
•  Colour combinations
•  Layering pieces
•  Small design adjustments

Not every piece can be changed, because the materials and construction matter. We’ll always tell you what is possible before we begin.

Why bespoke?

Because sometimes the best jewellery isn’t the piece that everyone else has. It’s the one that sits exactly where you like it to.

The one that works with the clothes you actually wear.

The one that reminds you of a place, a person or simply a version of yourself.

Bespoke at JC is not about making something louder.

It’s about making something feel more like yours.
