our materials

18k gold-plated brass

not gold. not gold-fill. brass plated with 18k gold, locally. we're honest about this because it means something: it's affordable, it's durable with care, and it keeps you from spending ₹14,800 on something you might outgrow in 5 years.

the plating is 3–5 microns thick. with proper care (put it on last, take it off first, wipe dry), it lasts 3–5 years before a re-plate costs ₹1,500–₹2,500. that's longevity. not disposability.

natural stones, honestly described

every stone on this site is: actual stone, not synthetic. not lab-created. the emeralds are oiled (they're oiled when you buy them from any dealer). the pearls are baroque (asymmetrical, real). the turquoise has variation (because it's turquoise, not plastic).

we don't hide this. we lead with it.

what happens to your piece

year 1–3: wear it. nothing changes.

year 3–5: if the plating dulls, we re-plate for ₹1,500–₹2,500 depending on complexity. send it back via post, costs ₹200 either way.

year 5+: the piece is yours forever. the stones don't age. the brass beneath is forever. re-plate again, or let it patina (some people prefer it that way).

we don't ask you to buy another one. we ask you to keep this one.

our process

handmade in jaipur by artisans who've been doing this for 10+ years. no machinery for stringing or setting. you're paying for hands, not for factories.

that's why no two pieces run exactly the same way even within a single style. that's intentional.

why we don't do sales

marking down a ₹14,800 piece to ₹9,000 doesn't make it a better deal. it makes it a trend. we price once and hold it because you're not buying this season's trend, you're buying something you'll own for 10 seasons.
